When we bought our house, the patio had termite damage and fungus rot. We called the company that did the initial termite inspection for close of escrow...they came out to see what they missed. They agreed to fix it and apologized for not seeing the damage. They sent out their own contractors and those people made an absolute mess! They were unprofessional and tried to 'fix' the patio as quickly as possible. Let's just say after 4 days of them working, I was in tears about it... Long story short, I asked the contractors to leave my property! Soon after that, I called Mike at Addition Building and Design. I knew Mike from being a customer at our family's business. He could tell I was really upset. He came to the house to survey the damage. He said that of course his guys could fix it and that it would look beautiful. About a month later, they started the job and in about 3 weeks…Voila—we have the most awesome deck ever! He also made some other improvements around the house to tie the look of the exterior of the house all together! It's just fabulous!
