He and his team were attentive to the quality of every nook and corner, he always sought our approval and our happiness, he kept us in the loop about progress, and he was always there to answer any question or concern. When an unforeseen contingency arose, he acted right away to rectify it. His team, too, all take pleasure in their efforts — an eclectic group of skilled artisans and craftsmen, all of them polite, punctual, and proud of their work.
