Meet Christine Ross
Hello, I’m Christine Ross,
Christine was nominated in 2023 for the prestigious Top 40 under 40 globally by Professional Builder Magazine. Christine has been on TV shows such as Million Dollar Listing on Bravo.Currently, I serve as Addition Building & Design, Inc's Vice President of Sales and Business Development. I work with Mike Ross, my father & boss. If you’ve ever met Mike, we’re quite similar. I first worked in my Dad’s office at the age of 15 filing and helping his executive assistant. Before that, I would eat cereal with him in the morning, go over his schedule and meet clients. Today, I am building relationships with my own clients and closing business weekly.
Business is in my DNA. I began my career as an Aestheticism with Estee Lauder as a Business Manager. During the recession, my team finished the year with a 40% increase in sales, ranked in the Top 6% for sales in the country, and Top Sales Team in Midwest division. One of my proudest moments was creating Estee Lauder’s International Holiday Sales Campaign, “Who’s Who and You”.
Next I joined Trend Setter for Macy's and achieved Top Performer nationally. My team quickly became the #1 sales team in the U.S. and I achieved the #1 salesperson in the U.S. My next career move was self-employment, building a successful make-up company in Los Angeles.
After achieving these goals and milestones in Los Angeles, I felt working with my father in the residential construction market was my next career move. My goal is to eventually be CEO of Addition Building & Design, Inc. so my dad can take time to enjoy his retirement and grandchildren. As usual, I will strive to be the best - not only in Los Angeles - but nationally.
