Mike Ross is an Entrepreneur, Philanthropist and Author. Mike is renowned for his leadership in building national powerhouse residential construction companies. Always on the cutting edge of technologies and processes in the industry, Ross has earned multiple accolades, including:

Mr. Ross sits on the University and Athletic Boards at Pepperdine University as well as a Board Member of Los Angeles Sports Council & LA5 Rotary Board of Trustees. Ross is also a gifted motivational speaker and actively participates in several Los Angeles-based organizations, most importantly, LA5 Rotary where he sits on the Board of Trustees. His commitment to community service is further exemplified by his recent induction into the Athletes Touch Networking Organizations and numerous requests for him to be a guest on National Pod Casts highlighting his over 30 years of expertise in the residential construction industry. His exceptional coaching abilities have led his teams to three National Titles and seven State Championships.

Christine, Managing Partner

Christine Ross is not just making strides, she's setting new benchmarks for women in the construction industry and beyond. Her story is one of ambition, impact, and transformative leadership. Christine is the oldest of three daughters growing up in the world of residential construction.

Her influence in the design and construction industry is profound. Christine has been a dynamic force in sales, expertly closing high-value design/build projects ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000. From her beginnings as an office assistant seven years ago, she has catapulted to a leading position, renowned for her expertise in complex hillside projects, boundless energy, and unwavering professionalism. After joining her father’s design/build firm, she rapidly ascended from a clerical assistant to managing partner, and is now on track to become the CEO.

Christine recently has been nominated for Professional Builder Magazine Top 40 Under 40 worldwide!

Christine is a distinguished member of both the Beverly Hills Chairman’s Circle and the Beverly Hills Women’s Circle, showcasing her leadership and commitment to her community. Her dedication extends beyond her professional life; she's currently pursuing a degree in construction law through night classes, a testament to her relentless drive and foresight.

Her commitment to giving back is equally impressive. Christine is an active participant in Rotary International since a teenager and generously donates materials from job sites to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Cancer Society.
